Your pool journey begins with a friendly phone chat, where we learn about your ideas and vision. From there, a Cheviot Pools team member will visit your property to assess the space, discuss your preferences, and gather key details. This helps us prepare a personalised design and detailed quote tailored to your needs.

Once you’re happy with the design and approve the quote, we move on to planning and approvals. This includes preparing engineering plans and submitting permit applications as required. When everything is approved, construction begins—starting with site preparation, excavation, and forming the structure of your new pool with plumbing, framework, and concrete, typically completed within a few weeks.

After the concrete is poured, we allow approximately 28 days for it to cure properly. Then comes the finishing stage: tiling, coping, and edging work, which usually takes another couple of weeks. We’ll also install your pool’s filtration and heating systems, fencing, and complete any final landscaping work.

Before your pool is ready for water, a certified inspector will check that everything meets safety standards. Then it’s time to fill the pool, test all systems, balance the water, and show you how to keep it running smoothly—ready for years of enjoyment, often within just 16 weeks of starting construction.
